Place the lower/Upper veneer into a cup of hot water for 1 minute.The hot water truns the teeth slightly soft so they can be molded, with your fingers, to your exact shape for maximum comfort.
Remove the impression material ,fitting beads, from the package and place them into a cup of hot water for 1 minute or until they turn clear and soft.
Remove the impression material from the hot water with a spoon and press the ,clear and soft,material into the trough in the back of the teeth using your fingers.
With a pinching motion ,using a mirror,form the lower /Upper veneer and impression material over your lower/Upper teeth.
After 30 seconds gently ease the lower veneer/Upper, out of your mouth and allow the impression material to cool and harden.DO NOT allow them to harden around your real teeth.
If you do not get the destred fit that you are happy with,you can put the lower/Upper,veneer and fitting material back in hot water and simply remold again.
IF you have no lower/Upper teeth,the fitting material alone may not provide enough suction for the instant smile teeth to stick to your gums.In this case,using a dental adhesive will help give you a better fit
